Labino has established a global network of local service centers. This means speedier service, lower freight costs and lower import/export tariffs for our customers.
Below you will find a list of service centers that are authorized and certified to repair and service Labino products. For detailed information, such as service times, and pricing, please contact your nearest service center directly.
Attention Labino end-users: If you have a Labino product that needs servicing or repair, please send it to the nearest service center or to the distributor you bought your Labino product from. Please do NOT send your product to Labino in Sweden. If you have questions or need further assistance please contact Labino's customer service department at labino@labino.com.

Please contact Labino's customer service department if you have forgotton your password and username. Kindly note that shipments should NOT be sent with register mail but should be sent with "door-to-door" delivery.

End-users should NOT send their products to Labino in Sweden but rather should send their lamps to a local service center or the nearest Labino distributor. Under some circumstances distributors and service centers may send goods to Labino's manufacturing facility in Sweden. Shipments should NOT be sent with registered mail as this creates delivery problems. Please ship "door-to-door".
